Dayananda Vidyalaya was set up by the Manam Malarattum Trust, which was founded in 2006 by Mr. C. Saravanan, a staunch devotee of Pujya Sri Swami Dayananda Saraswati of Arsha Vidya Gurukulum. The school, Dayananda Vidyalaya, was established in 2012 with Pujya Swamiji’s blessings and financial support.

How many students are currently enrolled in the school?

Dayananda Vidyalaya currently has 1,020 students, who come from 70 surrounding villages. This includes 539 boys and 481 girls, with a significant number coming from economically disadvantaged communities.

The school extends scholarships and free education to 437 students who come from underprivileged families. These students receive support for tuition fees, uniforms, books, and meals. To date, 1,540 students have benefited from the scholarship program.
